Hi, Iām Sofia.
I'm a CRM and lifecycle marketing consultant with over 5 years of experience helping ecommerce brands improve retention, strengthen customer relationships and get more from their CRM.
Over the years, I've worked across a range of D2C and subscription brands, supporting everything from lifecycle strategy and customer journeys to campaigns, flows and retention programmes. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the challenges brands face as they grow, and the role CRM can play in driving long-term customer value.
